God's Country Resort offers the most upscale camping experience in the area with breath-taking views that are rarely seen in Louisiana.  God's Country RV sites have concrete pads, 50 and 30 amp Electrical Plug-Ins at every campsite, water, sewer and WIFI.  Our very own High Definition Digital Cable TV is also available at each campsite and the lodge at no additional charge.  Some of our premium sites offer a Mountain View with Patio Furniture at each premium site (May include gliders, rockers, Adirondack chairs, Bar Chairs, or a Table with Chairs).  All of our premium sites have a charcoal grill and fire pits are available at each premium campsite as well as at various sites throughout the campground.   Our brand new laundry facility features new washer and dryers and is reserved for campground guests only.   God's Country Resort consists of two campuses, the East campus (God's Country) and the West Campus (formerly Gavel Falls).  The guests in both campuses are welcome to share the amenities at both campuses, including the pool at the West Campground.  There are three "catch and release" fishing ponds on the campground property with ducks to keep you company.   Our guests commonly catch 4-5 pound bass on a regular basis out of both ponds.  Our campground is pet friendly as long as they are on a leash and our campers are required to pick up after their animals.
